Access Your Knox Mailbox
You have been assigned an on-campus mailbox and combination. All students at Knox have their own mailboxes at Postal Services, located on the lower level of Seymour Union, adjacent to the bookstore.
You will learn more about how to access your mail during New Student Orientation. In the meantime, here’s how you can find your box number and combination:
- Log into My.Knox.
- Go to the Knox Apps dropdown in the left column.
- Select the Mailbox Info icon, where you will find your campus box number and combination.
